Bring your store to Harvey Taxi delivery
We're inviting a small group of Nashville-area restaurants, grocery and convenience stores to a delivery pilot. Apply below and our team will review your application and contact you.
Delivery isn't live yet. Riders can't order from stores today. Applying doesn't create an account, list your store or commit you to anything. We'll send the merchant agreement before anything goes live.
Pilot terms in brief
- Commission: 12% of the item subtotal on completed orders only. Harvey Taxi covers card processing fees.
- No monthly, subscription or fixed fees.
- Payouts are sent weekly, every Monday, for the previous Monday–Sunday's completed orders. When the money reaches your bank depends on Stripe and your bank's processing times. Missing-item amounts confirmed after a payout are deducted from the next one.
- You set your prices. If they're higher than in store, customers see "Prices may be higher than in store".
- Missing items are refunded to the customer right away and deducted from your payout. You have 48 hours to dispute with photos; if you win, Harvey Taxi covers the refund.
- Customers choose how each item is substituted if it's out of stock. You mark which items can be substituted.
- Full terms are in the merchant agreement, which you'll review before joining.
Items that can't be sold through Harvey Taxi
- Alcohol, tobacco and vape products
- Cannabis, hemp and CBD products
- Prescription medicines
- Weapons and ammunition
- Gift cards, prepaid cards and lottery tickets
- Live animals
- Hazardous materials
- Oversized or highly fragile items, or items needing refrigerated or specialized transport

Who can apply for a merchant partnership?
Businesses, hotels and hospitality organizations, healthcare and community organizations, property managers and local merchants can send a business partnership inquiry. Restaurants, grocery and convenience stores in Tennessee can apply to the delivery pilot.
Does submitting an application guarantee approval?
No. Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee approval, a partnership, transportation availability or a commercial agreement.
Does Harvey Taxi charge a merchant application fee?
No. There is no fee to apply or to send an inquiry. Stores in the delivery pilot pay only the commission described in the pilot terms, on completed orders.
How does Harvey Taxi review partnership applications?
Our team reviews each inquiry and application individually and may contact you for more information. We follow up when there is a fit to discuss.
