How Harvey Taxi works
Rides with local drivers in Nashville (early access). You see your price before you book, and your card is charged only when the trip ends.
- 1. Choose where you're goingSet your pickup and destination on the map. You see the route and a fare estimate before you sign in or add a card.
- 2. Confirm your rideAt Confirm Ride, add your first name and mobile number, enter the code we text you, and add a card. The card is held for the fare shown.
- 3. Meet your driverA nearby driver approved by Harvey Taxi accepts. You see their name, photo, car and license plate, and can follow them on the map.
- 4. Check the car, then rideMatch the plate and car before you get in. You can share your location with your driver and report a safety concern from the trip screen.
- 5. Pay, tip and rateWhen the trip ends, the confirmed fare is charged. Add a tip (all of it goes to your driver), rate your driver, and find an itemised receipt in your ride history.
- 6. Help when you need itHarvey Assistant answers questions at any time and can pass your request to our support team at support@harveytaxiservice.com. In an emergency, call 911.
